    Previous experience in a clinical environment is required. A background in healthcare (e.g., radiology technologist, biomedical engineer, or similar) is essential, and prior experience in radiology is considered an asset.

We are looking for a Clinical Support Specialist who is passionate about healthcare innovation, customer relations, and has a strong interest in commercial dynamics.
You will play a key role in supporting the implementation and usage of our AI solutions in the field.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support healthcare professionals in integrating and using our AI applications
  • Provide clinical support both on-site and remotely
  • Participate in training sessions for users and partners
  • Maintain post-sales customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage adoption
  • Work alongside the sales team to support field sales efforts
  • Help promote our solutions to prospects (through demos, trade shows, presentations)
  • Collaborate with product teams by sharing field feedback

Profile

  • Strong customer service mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to represent the company with clients
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory (professional level, written and spoken)
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and a team player
  • Interest in technological innovation and multidisciplinary teamwork
