Avicenna.AI is proud to announce it has been awarded funding under the “Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur and Massif des Alpes FEDER-FSE+-FTJ 2021–2027 program,” as part of the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER). This support will accelerate ChestCare, our advanced AI-powered suite for the detection and quantification of thoracic pathologies, including a new coronary artery calcium (CAC) scoring application. The project represents a total investment of 761 383 including €342,622, co-financed by the European Union.
A new generation of chest imaging AI
ChestCare is designed to identify incidental findings on chest CT scans, helping clinicians detect critical conditions earlier and manage patients more effectively. Beyond clinical impact, the suite is built to reduce reading time and streamline radiologists’ workflow, so teams can focus on patient care and complex cases.
The solution will be offered to radiology departments, with a particular focus on the European and U.S. markets, in line with our current footprint.
Avicenna.AI warmly thanks the European Union, the South Region – Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, and the FEDER team for their trust and support. We also extend our appreciation to our partner AP-PM for their collaboration on this ambitious initiative.
At Avicenna.AI, we remain committed to advancing radiology through AI-powered innovation, helping healthcare professionals worldwide improve patient outcomes.
